Faster Gyrojet

Faster Gyrojet is a simple mod aiming to make the Gyrojet Gun a little more viable, though it's rather limited in scope. Intended to be used to play Space Zone Remake, and really any map perhaps.
Changes:
- Cooldown: 0.5s -> 0-2s
- Reload: 1.75s -> 1.5s
- Reload Boost: At 0.64 -> at 0.5
